Our approach

This notice explains the current information handling on the Isle & Soul Travels website. It applies to information shared through the consumer enquiry forms and the Russian professional enquiry form.

Information you may provide

When you send an enquiry, you may provide contact details, preferred reply method and language, travel information, group details, interests and a message about your journey. A professional enquiry may also include agency and business-contact details, an optional website or profile, and relevant client-brief information.

Please do not send passport details, payment-card information, medical information or other sensitive personal information through a website form.

Why we use it

We use the information you provide to understand and respond to your enquiry, communicate through the contact method you choose, and prepare for a relevant conversation about your travel or professional request. The forms request consent for this response-only purpose.

How enquiries are handled

Website forms submit information to WordPress for validation and then, when successful, create a plain-text email notification for the fixed Isle & Soul Travels enquiry mailbox. The website checks required fields, uses a WordPress security nonce, a hidden spam-prevention field and server-side validation before the mail handoff.

Storage and communications

The website does not store enquiry submissions in WordPress posts, comments, form records, uploads, custom tables, CRM entries or theme logs. After a successful handoff, the information may remain in the configured mail transport and fixed Isle & Soul Travels enquiry mailbox as necessary to handle the enquiry. Mailbox retention, access and deletion are operational matters and are not managed automatically by this website.

The theme does not intentionally create enquiry or tracking logs. This notice does not describe routine technical or security records that may be created by hosting or web-server infrastructure.

If you choose email, WhatsApp or telephone as a contact route, the conversation continues through that service. WhatsApp is opened only when you choose its link and is governed by its own service terms and privacy practices.

Marketing, sharing and tracking

We do not sell information submitted through these forms or use it for unrelated marketing. The current website does not send form enquiries to advertising, analytics, newsletter or CRM systems.

The public website does not currently use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and the theme does not add local-storage tracking. Essential technical behaviour may apply in WordPress login or administration areas, which are separate from the public enquiry experience.

To ask about information connected with an enquiry, or to request access, correction or deletion, email isleandsoultravels@gmail.com. Please include enough detail for us to identify the relevant enquiry. We will review the request in relation to information held in the enquiry mailbox.
